Description

Translate post-sales business processes into functional software requirements and oversee their implementation.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs and customer requirements into detailed software specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of post-sales software solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to drive iterative product improvements.
• Analyze post-sales data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
• Support the sales team with technical inquiries, demonstrations, and end-user training.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a business analyst in post-sales or customer support roles.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting software requirements and BRDs.
• Experience with Jira and agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to perform wireframing and use project management software.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting post-sales software challenges.
• Experience conducting user acceptance testing and managing user feedback loops.
• Ability to manage multiple post-sales projects and prioritize tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in business analysis or related fields.
