You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by defining requirements and ensuring software quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases across functional, regression, and integration levels.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to validate fixes.
• Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and system documentation to support development.

Required Skills

• 2–5+ years of combined experience in business analysis and software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience writing user stories, use cases, and detailed test cases.
• Proficiency with tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Cypress.
• Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
