Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and build next-generation analytics engines and services.
• Develop efficient and accurate analytical models to simulate business decisions.
• Define technical problem statements and hypotheses for testing.
• Collaborate with product owners and business partners in consumer marketing and media.
• Challenge historical assumptions and recommend data-driven strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consumer marketing and media analytics.
• Background in statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
