Description

You will lead the design, analysis, and delivery of data-driven solutions to solve strategic business objectives using Machine Learning and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to deliver ML-powered features for the Marketing Analytics Platform.
• Design and implement Machine Learning capabilities to improve the Marketing Data Platform.
• Translate business requirements into problems solvable through Data, Statistics, and Machine Learning.
• Develop new use cases for Generative AI applications.
• Perform statistical and data analysis to generate datasets for model training and development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• 2+ years of experience with Generative AI projects.
• 2+ years of applicable work experience in Machine Learning.
• Proficiency with the Python Machine Learning stack, including Pandas.
• Experience with Deep Learning using PyTorch and Classical ML using Scikit-Learn.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models, RAG, and conversational agents.
• Experience deploying NLP systems such as Information Retrieval (IR) or Recommender Systems (RecSys).
• Hands-on experience working with Marketing Domain datasets.
• Knowledge of experimental design and analysis of results.
• Experience leading ML teams in deploying and improving features in production.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, including data pipelines, model serving, and MLOps.
• SQL and big data technologies such as Hive, Presto, Glue, (Py)Spark, or Athena.
• PowerBI for dashboard development.
