You will design and deploy machine learning models and big data solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop usable datasets and implement data preparation workflows while maintaining integrity and privacy standards.
• Apply machine learning algorithms, including classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and neural networks, to meet business objectives.
• Write efficient, readable, and extensible code to build operational models that run at scale.
• Design controlled experiments, analyze results via statistical tests, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Manage the full model lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, scalability, and integration into production systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software design or machine learning engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, C, C++, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with AI & ML techniques such as gradient boosting, RNN, LSTM, and dimensionality reduction.
• Hands-on experience with MSFT Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps.
• Competency in big-data concepts and software engineering using GitHub.
• Ability to write complex scripts in T-SQL, U-SQL, KQL, Python, or R.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts like bias/variance tradeoff, data leakage, and regularization.
• Knowledge of the Hadoop Ecosystem and Apache Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, or Synapse.
