Description

You will own the design and release of conversational experiences, acting as a technical expert for partner integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and release high-quality work by providing direct technical support to targeted partners.
• Assess partner design and integration risks, providing concrete mitigation options.
• Contribute to design and development processes to enable successful coding, validation, and release.
• Track and report progress against deliverables to ensure end-to-end visibility.
• Participate in pitch meetings, ideation sessions, and provide feedback to the product team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#, C/C++, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience creating user-facing experiences consuming web services and APIs.
• Experience implementing conversational experiences with multi-turn dialog.
• Proficiency in creating natural language models.
• Strong software design and API integration skills.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive collaboration with external partners and customers.
• Ability to execute tasks and sustain project artifacts under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
