Analyze cloud gaming hardware failure signals to identify root causes and improve system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze failure signals from cloud gaming hardware to pinpoint root causes of issues.
• Develop and refine troubleshooting guides to assist onsite technicians in hardware repairs.
• Implement improvements to automated health monitoring and repair systems.
• Document technical findings, trends, and solutions for continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware troubleshooting, system diagnostics, or related roles.
• Proficiency in debugging hardware issues and developing troubleshooting documentation.
• Experience with scripting or command-line tools, especially C# and PowerShell.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
