Description

You will own production support and development for merchandising applications, including monitoring, debugging, and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and resolve production software application issues.
• Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for production applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and implement fixes for internally developed code.
• Perform SQL queries and improve systems that gather feature metrics.
• Automate support processes and collaborate with development teams on Corporate and Divisional projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing in Perl, C/C++, or Java.
• Proficiency in performing Oracle SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with Mason and Perl CGI.
• Familiarity with HTML.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
