Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed systems, storage, and query services. You will own the full development lifecycle, from ambiguous requirements to high-quality production releases.

Responsibilities

• Design and code distributed solutions for storage, indexing, and querying at scale.
• Build fault-tolerant, low-cost systems capable of handling massive data workloads.
• Develop prediction engines and services within a large distributed computing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver software in agile cycles.
• Solve complex problems with broadly defined requirements and ambiguous constraints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and design.
• Proven ability in system design and scalable solution implementation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and building index and query systems.
• Background in machine learning or prediction engine deployment.
