You will build and maintain software automation solutions for reliability and fault detection.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with teams to align automation with operational objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to enhance test process stability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code quality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with Java or Python.
• 5+ years leading design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Strong programming and coding skills in Python or Java.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
