Description

You will design, develop, and deploy full-stack, cloud-native contact center applications and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions using multi-threaded Python and React/Node.js.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system components.
• Own the delivery of entire system components or applications from design to deployment.
• Serve as technical lead on complex projects, adhering to engineering best practices.
• Produce comprehensive, usable software documentation for all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Front-end experience with JavaScript and React.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, AppSync, Bedrock, SageMaker, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code using AWS CloudFormation or AWS CDK.
• Experience developing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency using Git, managing pull requests, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience utilizing Generative AI large language models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Contact Center development and telephony infrastructure.
• Experience with prompt engineering for modern large language models.
