Description

Design, build, and maintain automation solutions and diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability. You will own the release pipeline, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive improvements in test process stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with operational goals and mentor junior engineers on code quality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience in at least one major language, with preference for Python and Java.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture, including patterns for reliability and scaling.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with designing systems for early fault detection and reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a mentorship, tech lead, or engineering team leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving operational objectives through technical leadership.
