Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automation solutions and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to enhance system performance.
• Lead design and architecture decisions for new and existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with operational objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers on code quality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience in Python or Java.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture, including patterns for reliability and scaling.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with designing systems for early fault detection and reliability.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a mentorship, tech lead, or engineering team leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving operational objectives through technical leadership.
