Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations, data pipelines, and platform extensions across Gainsight NXT, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Databricks, and middleware platforms.

Build and optimize secure, high-performance data solutions that support automation, analytics, and enterprise-scale customer success operations.

Develop and manage APIs, data workflows, and system integrations to ensure seamless data exchange between business-critical applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, Data Engineering, and IT to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance application and integration performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and data integrity.

Support AI-driven insights and customer lifecycle management initiatives by implementing data-driven solutions, automation processes, and best practices for software development.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.

6-8 years of experience in software development, enterprise integrations, data engineering, or platform development.

Strong experience designing and developing integrations, APIs, and data pipelines across platforms such as Gainsight NXT, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Databricks, and middleware technologies.

Proven ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that support automation, analytics, AI-driven insights, and enterprise customer lifecycle management
