Description

You will develop and optimize services for IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM applications.

Responsibilities

• Create, define, and modify dimensions, rules, and processes matching agency requirements.
• Streamline processes using the data model and improve system performance.
• Support IBM Tririga upgrades, including environment upgrades and content migration execution.
• Manage transitions during upgrades to minimize business disruption.
• Develop, modify, and support BIRT report writing and enhance Tririga components for efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ Years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ Years of experience as a Facilities Manager.
• 4+ Years of experience in Tririga Projects.
• Minimum 1 contract experience with IBM Tririga/Maximo.
• Experience with Ibm Tririga.
• Experience as a Facilities Manager.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ Years of experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager.
• 3+ Years of experience as a Real Estate Manager.
