Description

You will develop and optimize services for IBM Tririga and Maximo CAFM applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create, define, and modify dimensions, rules, and processes to match agency requirements.
• Streamline processes using the data model and improve overall system performance.
• Support IBM Tririga upgrades, including environment upgrades and content migration execution.
• Manage transitions during upgrades to minimize business disruption.
• Develop, modify, and support BIRT report writing while enhancing Tririga components for efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager.
• 4+ years of experience in Tririga Projects.
• Minimum 1 contract experience with IBM Tririga or Maximo.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Tririga.
• Understanding of facilities management workflows.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager.
• 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Manager.
