Description

You will design, implement, and manage software programs within a Salesforce environment using Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, and work processes.
• Design and install system specifications, standards, and programming to resolve complex problem areas.
• Support applications across multiple environments through coding, testing, peer reviews, and defect root cause analysis.
• Participate in the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet the defined "definition of done" for the Scrum team.
• Document technical solutions and provide on-call support as required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on programming in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with no-code configurations including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Deep understanding of web services and data formats: REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, classic to lightning upgrades, data migrations, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth for 3rd party integrations.
• Experience with SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, and version management.
• Experience with DevOps tools including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment tools like Flosum.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
