Description

You will develop and maintain software within an IBM Mainframe environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze multi-tiered transactional systems.
• Write technical design specification documents for multifaceted component-based systems.
• Manage and query large databases using IBM DB2 for z/OS.
• Develop and maintain code using COBOL and MVS JCL.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of COBOL programming experience in an IBM Mainframe Environment utilizing TSO.
• 7+ years of MVS JCL experience.
• 7+ years of IBM DB2 experience for z/OS working with large databases.
• 5+ years of system analysis and design experience for multi-tiered transactional systems.
• 7+ years of experience writing technical design specification documents for multifaceted component-based systems.
• 4+ years of experience with IBM MQ Series.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with IBM DB2, COBOL Programming, and IBM MQ Series.
