Description

You will build and integrate business rules and transactions for the New York Business Express portal using Oracle Intelligent Advisor and Service Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy online transactions using Oracle Intelligent Advisor, including modeling, debugging, and automation hub integration.
• Develop within Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) using agent scripting, custom process models, and business rules.
• Implement custom object deployments, workspace/workflow development, and widgets in a multi-site environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into functional system logic.
• Maintain and extend .NET, Java, and web application components.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OPA) for transaction development.
• 7+ years of development experience with .NET.
• 7+ years of experience with Java and J2EE.
• 7+ years of web development experience using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow), including RightNow Query Language.
• Experience with Add-ins, Widgets, and Custom Process Models.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Any Graduate).
