Description

You will lead frontend development efforts focusing on scalable React architectures and secure, accessible user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features and reusable component libraries using React’s component-based architecture.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and seamless performance across web, mobile, and tablet devices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage complex application state using Redux, React Context, or MobX.
• Implement micro-frontend patterns, PWA standards, and front-end security protocols to prevent XSS and CSRF vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility guidelines and participate in code reviews to maintain high documentation standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and React workflows including Flux or Redux.
• Advanced programming skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Bootstrap and modern UI libraries like Material UI.
• Hands-on experience with package management tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
• Proficiency with DevOps and collaboration tools including GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience implementing responsive, adaptive design and mobile-first principles.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Karma for test-driven development.
• Background in technical leadership, security, compliance, and project management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js and Spring Boot for backend integration.
