You will design, develop, and maintain business applications and ERP systems in Arlington Heights, IL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design business applications, including customization and configuration of existing systems.
• Gather requirements to evaluate proposed systems and business procedures.
• Create detailed flow charts, diagrams, and functional designs outlining system capabilities.
• Manage the full lifecycle including internal QA, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
• Write and maintain technical system documentation and conduct research on feasibility for system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience with client and server applications development processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of multimedia and Internet technologies.
• Ability to perform technical research on system upgrades and compatibility.
• Experience in troubleshooting malfunctions and program problems for staff and users.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Math, Administration, or equivalent.
