Description

You will build and extend the React-based chatbot UI embedded in our public-facing website.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and extend the chatbot UI and associated workflows.
• Improve chat user experience, focusing on conversation flow, accessibility, and error handling.
• Implement intents, slots, and dialog flows to extend conversational capabilities.
• Integrate backend systems and data sources via APIs to support contextual behaviors.
• Test, debug, and refine chatbot behavior across all environments and document technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in full life-cycle software development within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• 7 years of experience with .NET technology, Visual Studio, Visual Basic, and C#.
• Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle, MS Access, and Crystal Report.
• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript, including component-based development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically Lambda, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
• Experience integrating web applications with conversational platforms like Amazon Lex.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Experience using Git for source control and Jira for task tracking.
