Description

You will develop and maintain plant application screens and data models to support manufacturing operations in Atlanta, GA (Remote).

Responsibilities

• Develop new screens, update tag values, and add fields for plant application interfaces.
• Manage Historian tag mapping, calculation variables, and fault code configurations.
• Optimize SQL stored procedures to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
• Perform problem analysis on production bottlenecks, specifically in lemon receiving and packing areas.
• Implement custom code enhancements using .NET libraries and pages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and stored procedure fine-tuning.
• Experience with .NET framework and library development.
• Working knowledge of SSRS for reporting.
• Experience with Smart Factory, Historian, and Proficy (Web Reporting, Workflow) environments.
• Ability to handle data mapping, genealogy, and production execution paths.
• Experience with SQL 2012 and Excel Add-in Reporting.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with production event models, downtime models, and waste models.
• Knowledge of local/global language configuration and user security settings.
