Description

You will expand the Loss, Use, and Conservation (LUC) application and develop new features for the Water Loss Audit (WLA) application. You will own the full software development lifecycle, from planning technical requirements to troubleshooting and deploying solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software and web applications following established standards.
• Plan, analyze, and document technical requirements and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to automate processes and improve existing systems.
• Coordinate with business analysts and stakeholders to implement new application features.
• Provide technical assistance within a combined waterfall and agile team environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Framework, and Transact SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2017, 2019), including database design and development.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2019/2022 and Git version control.
• Experience planning and tracking work using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows Server 2016 or above.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
