Description

You will build and maintain chatbot workflows for IVR on the Kore.AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop chatbot logic and workflows within the Kore.AI XO Platform.
• Automate tasks and manage data extraction or retrieval via APIs.
• Execute unit testing to ensure code quality.
• Support the full SDLC including CI/CD and source control processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kore.AI XO Platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with GitHub for source control.
• Experience using Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Oracle Healthcare environments.
• Understanding of the full SDLC.
