Description

You will perform full stack development on legacy modernization projects within a Java application environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements and stories into technical tasks and functional code.
• Develop user access functionality, workflows, reporting, and dashboarding features.
• Create database views to support business intelligence requirements in Tableau.
• Write technical and user documentation for completed work.
• Participate in agile scrum ceremonies, including regular meetings and work sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software application development.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs) and Java Struts framework.
• Hands-on development using HTML5, XML, JSON, and JavaScript (jQuery, Bootstrap).
• Experience with Rational Application Developer or other Eclipse-based IDEs.
• Proficiency with Apache Ant and SVN.
• Ability to use browser-based debugging tools.
• Experience eliciting requirements to form epics and user stories.
