Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for Epic Systems, specifically Epic Radiant.
• Provide application support and troubleshoot complex Epic Radiant issues.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions.
• Support application configuration, enhancements, testing, and production activities.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Support system integrations and data migration activities.
• Use SQL and database queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and known issue records.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Provide knowledge sharing and guidance to junior team members.
• Support incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance application stability and user experience.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Epic application support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Systems and Epic Radiant.
• Experience working as an Epic SME, Senior Analyst, or Consultant.
• Strong application troubleshooting and configuration experience.
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL querying.
• Experience with system integration and data migration is preferred.
• Healthcare application support experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
