Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions, including complex scripting, workflows, integrations, and Service Portal components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions across Change, Incident, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
• Develop complex scripting, workflows, and integrations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain Service Portal components adhering to UI design principles.
• Create reports and automate processes using ServiceNow Playbook development standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of Service Portal implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP API development for data exchange.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow case management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Playbook development.
• Background in UI design principles for enterprise platforms.
