You will build internal tools and applications focused on developer experience and productivity engineering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CI/CD architecture and developer-experience improvements.
• Roll out deliverables in phases, driving adoption and fine-tuning projects based on feedback.
• Partner with test automation teams to deliver impact-driven CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop live insights into the engineering lifecycle from code completion to product shipping.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in productivity engineering, DevOps, automation, or Infrastructure as a Service.
• Expertise in Go, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience with Linux systems, including network configuration, web technologies, and system settings.
• Advanced understanding of Kubernetes constructs, containers, and enterprise SaaS design patterns.
• Hands-on technical expertise in CI/CD, build systems, or distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale, highly available, low-latency systems.
• MS in Computer Science or a BS with comparable work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or testing enterprise-class products related to storage, networking, or virtualization.
