Description

You will design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements within the Windchill PLM platform to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Windchill PLM workflows, integrations, and enhancements using Core Java.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable PLM solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in Windchill PLM and Core Java environments.
• Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning and PI objective delivery.
• Support system optimization, technical documentation, and team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Windchill PLM development, customization, and support.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Core Java for PLM technical development.
• Experience with Windchill workflow configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to contribute to effort estimation and technical design discussions.
• Experience delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) best practices.
• Background in continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise systems.
