Description

You will build and maintain AI-driven IVR chatbots using the Kore.AI XO Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build IVR chatbots and conversational AI workflows on the Kore.AI XO Platform.
• Integrate chatbots with Oracle Healthcare systems for real-time data retrieval via REST APIs.
• Design and implement workflow automation to streamline user interactions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub for automated deployment.
• Execute unit testing and debugging to ensure chatbot accuracy and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chatbot development or conversational AI.
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with Kore.AI XO Platform and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Ability to work with Oracle Healthcare systems.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA).
