Description

We are seeking a mid to senior-level resource (minimum 5 years’ experience) to join our team and deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal). The role involves providing high-quality support, troubleshooting, and implementing enhancements in line with ITIL4 best practices and ISO27001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and implement enhancements, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power Portal configurations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organisational goals.
• Maintain and optimise integrations with Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL4 processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Adhere to ISO27001 security standards, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to solution design and architecture discussions
