Description

Develop embedded software solutions for Linux-based systems, managing networking protocols and system interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software using C and C++ for Linux-based systems.
• Implement and manage networking protocols including IPv4, IPv6, and routing/bridging.
• Configure and maintain network services such as DHCP, ARP, DNS, and TR069.
• Apply networking standards including Ethernet, WiFi, VLAN, IPtables, NAT, HTTP, MQTT, PPP, IGMP, SIP, QoS, and Openflow.
• Work across Linux system calls and manage user space and kernel space interactions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP (v4, v6) networks.
• Experience with OpenWRT, RDK-B, or OpenSync.
• Strong knowledge of Linux system calls and embedded development tools.
• Familiarity with DHCP, ARP, DNS, TR069, HTTP, and MQTT.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Knowledge of OpenVSwitch.
