Description

You will develop software in a cross-functional environment focused on C++, Python, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain high-quality code using C++ and Python.
• Collaborate across functional teams to solve problems in ambiguous technical environments.
• Develop and test software on Linux and Android platforms.
• Implement solutions within domains such as Computer Vision, XR, or Machine Learning.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of C++ with familiarity with C++17 or C++20 standards.
• Proficiency in Python, including command line scripting and use of numpy, scipy, and matplotlib.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux and Android operating systems.
• Understanding of advanced template metaprogramming.
• Experience with C++ testing using libraries like Googletest.
• Knowledge of Computer Vision and OpenCV.
• Knowledge of Computer Graphics, OpenGL, or Qt.
• Experience with Android development and debugging for mobile or HMDs.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the Buck build tool.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or game development engines.
• Practical experience in ML Engineering or ML Ops, specifically deploying neural networks and deep learning models in production.
