Lead enterprise AI/ML and data science initiatives from concept through production, ensuring delivery of scalable business solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee data pipelines, ML workflows, and big data processing platforms using AWS, Databricks, and Spark.
• Drive MLOps best practices, including model deployment, monitoring, automated retraining, CI/CD, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate requirements into actionable AI/ML solutions.
• Mentor and lead teams of Data Scientists and ML Engineers, establishing technical standards and delivery excellence.
• Champion advanced analytics and Generative AI initiatives while ensuring compliance and model performance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–4+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Deep expertise in AWS Cloud and AWS Data Lake architectures.
• Proficiency with Databricks and Apache Spark for big data processing.
• Strong background in MLOps, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building production-grade AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record of leading global data science teams and deploying Generative AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Experience managing large-scale data and analytics programs across multinational organizations.
