Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software applications and ITOM solutions, including ServiceNow implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and test code for software applications and computer systems.
• Execute ITOM design and development across multiple ServiceNow implementations.
• Manage full lifecycle processes including incident, problem, request, change, and release management.
• Perform performance analytics, asset management, and IT cost management.
• Document and modify software to meet specific technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with Big Data and Hadoop environments.
• Experience with SAP Hana and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on work with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Operating system experience in Unix, Linux, and Solaris.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Knowledge of AID.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
