Description

Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js and Angular.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications using Node.js (Express.js) and Angular.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable JavaScript and TypeScript code.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database queries.
• Develop and test RESTful APIs to integrate frontend and backend services.
• Debug application issues and write unit tests to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js and the Express.js framework.
• Familiarity with Angular for frontend development.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
• Basic proficiency with Git version control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Heroku, or DigitalOcean.
• Exposure to authentication mechanisms like JWT or OAuth.
• Experience writing unit tests using Jest or Mocha.
