Description

You will design, code, and support core application components and RESTful Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows using AWS tools including Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway.
• Convert functional requirements into technical system requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts.
• Develop RESTful Web Services to interface with third-party vendors for underwriting, verification, MI, and appraisal orders.
• Perform unit testing, documentation, and production support to mitigate issues across QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Contribute to performance and maintainability improvements within the existing application architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and DOJO.
• Experience with HTML, CSS3, and XML.
• Knowledge of JSP and web development tools like Dreamweaver.
• Experience using Unix environments.
• Version control proficiency with SVN and GitHub.
• Development tool experience with Eclipse and Visual Studio Code.
• Project management and documentation experience using JIRA, Bamboo, and Confluence.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
