You will develop, configure, and maintain system and application programs within ticketing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs following the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
• Review functional requirements and design documents to provide technical feedback.
• Collaborate with development staff to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews while maintaining operational and system-level documentation.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in software development.
• Experience developing within ticketing systems.
• Background in Cherwell or Ivanti.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with technical design and functional requirement analysis.
• Ability to produce and maintain system-level documentation.
• Degree in any field of study.
