Description

You will develop safety- and security-critical embedded software for new Programmable Logic Controllers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software for PLCs across COTS and custom SoC architectures.
• Implement driver and firmware solutions in general purpose and RTOS environments.
• Utilize modern CI/CD tools and improve engineering workflows across the global organization.
• Participate in Scaled Agile Framework teams to monitor and improve team health and predictability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in C++ and object-oriented analysis, design, and programming.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Direct experience with real-time embedded development environments.
• Proven experience in driver or firmware development.
• Experience with QNX and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to new codebases and solve complex problems independently.
