Description

You will develop and maintain database and CRM systems within MS Dynamics 365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design security models and out-of-the-box configurations for MS Dynamics 365.
• Develop workflows, business rules, plugins, and form customizations.
• Implement data tier components and services using SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Build integrations using middleware tools, APIs (REST, ODATA), and Azure services like Functions and Service Bus.
• Manage the full development lifecycle including analysis, coding, testing, and quality processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong technical expertise in MS Dynamics 365 (online and on-premises).
• Proficiency in C#.Net and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD developer toolkit.
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS design and development.
• Knowledge of PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with MS CRM and 3rd party integrations via KingswaySoft or APIs.
• Ability to evaluate alternative technical approaches to select optimal solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power Apps portals.
• Experience with Unified Service Desk customization, configuration, and deployment.
• Experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations.
