Description

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
Lead frontend architecture, technical design reviews, and implementation of reusable UI components and design systems.
Guide, mentor, and coordinate offshore development teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and User Research teams to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions.
Lead UI design discussions, provide technical feasibility assessments, and drive alignment between engineering and UX teams.
Present UI solutions, feature demonstrations, and technical recommendations to customers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
Establish and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, and deployment best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve application stability, scalability, and user experience.

Required Skills:
At least 10 yrs of experience. Below technology at least 6
React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6 ), Node.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Python, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstraps, CSS, SASS, Axios

Preferred Skills:
