Description

Own the frontend architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web applications while mentoring offshore teams and aligning engineering with product and UX goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable UI components, design systems, and scalable frontend architectures.
• Lead technical design reviews and drive alignment between engineering, UX, and product teams.
• Mentor and coordinate offshore development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Establish automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application stability and user experience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, Redux, and state management patterns.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with API integration using Axios, JSON, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with Python for scripting or backend support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) or on-premise environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Docker/Kubernetes.
