Description

You will design and manage Dynamics CRM solutions and large ERP programs. You own the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with internal enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynamics CRM solutions based on functional requirements.
• Lead integration of Dynamics CRM with internal enterprise systems.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, including unit and system test scripts.
• Monitor SLAs and deliver continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with analysts and users to automate processes via custom software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft CRM system design and customization.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with ERP and CRM system architecture.
• Ability to review, troubleshoot, and modify existing codebases.
• Experience managing software performance and optimization.
• Ability to debug complex software problems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
