Description

You will lead functional testing and automation for large-scale web-based Human Services systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirement documents (BRDs) and UML use cases to ensure testability and identify inconsistencies.
• Document and implement application test plans, including specific test cases and execution scripts.
• Develop and maintain automated regression testing scripts using QTP and UFT.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate application problems to the development team.
• Provide technical direction and training to project members and user acceptance teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in all phases of functional testing.
• Proficiency in HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) and Microfocus Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
• Extensive experience with HP Quality Center or Microfocus ALM.
• Hands-on experience with HP LoadRunner or Performance Center for load and performance testing.
• Ability to use SQL Navigator or industry-standard tools to query SQL databases for data verification.
• Experience working with UML for use case analysis.
• Background working on large-scale web systems with extensive screen counts and cross-edits.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
