Design, implement, and maintain REST API endpoints and webhook handlers for SMB extension workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST API endpoints and webhook handlers for extension workflows.
• Debug issues by analyzing code across multiple programming languages and application layers.
• Validate HTTP response codes and troubleshoot request/response behavior across web technologies.
• Use networking fundamentals like DNS and packet analysis to isolate connectivity and routing problems.
• Apply automation to optimize triggers, reduce manual effort, and improve end-to-end reliability.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in REST API development and endpoint implementation.
• Experience with webhook implementation and HTTP response code handling.
• Ability to debug complex issues across web technologies and applications.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, packet analysis, and log-based troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in web technologies and automation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with embedded content, iFrames, and third-party integrations.
