Description

You will build and maintain the Branch Enablement Platform using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with functional teams.
• Develop, test, and deploy defect resolutions and enhancements in Power Apps.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholder insights.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to improve platform performance and user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proven experience leading development projects, ideally in financial technology.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies using Scrum and JIRA.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, time, and quality control.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into executable technical strategies.
• Degree in any field of study.
