Description

You will own the development and maintenance of n-tier web applications within an agile SDLC environment. You design, configure, and integrate business-critical systems while collaborating with clients and colleagues to resolve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web frontends and manage web service integrations.
• Write, optimize, and maintain Oracle SQL scripts and manage RDBMS requirements.
• Assess technical feasibility and develop strategies for complex software problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system development options and technical processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, and JSF.
• Hands-on development using Spring and MyBatis.
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, XML, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle SQL scripting.
• Experience with Jasper reporting tools.
• Understanding of IT security, programming concepts, and SDLC methodologies.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Public Sector application architecture and GO-ITS standards.
• Familiarity with Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) processes.
