Description

You will develop embedded and real-time software for high design assurance level A projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software using C and C++ within virtual machine development environments.
• Perform verification and validation methods, including structural coverage and model coverage analysis.
• Conduct technical analyses including DC/CC, source to object, worst case timing, and memory usage.
• Manage requirements using DOORS Classic and design via UML or other modeling tools.
• Execute testing and compliance tasks within IBM Rational Team Concert.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Experience with DOORS Classic for requirements management.
• Experience with UML or design-based modeling tools.
• Working knowledge of Wind River, LynxOS, or Linux operating systems.
• Experience with ARM-based processors.
• Background in embedded and real-time software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cameo Model Based Design.
• Knowledge of CAST-32A compliance and testing.
