Description

You will build a new Financial Crimes Platform to centralize and modernize global anti-money laundering processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional, scalable web applications using Kotlin, React, or Java.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable code following established standards.
• Utilize GCP services including Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and BigTable to process and analyze large data volumes.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs to ensure application performance, quality, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience writing code in Kotlin or Java.
• Proven experience producing code from scratch for greenfield software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java with a willingness to transition to Kotlin as the primary language.
• Experience with relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful web services and APIs.
• Experience leading or mentoring other team members.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Ability to work with React.js.
